WHAT TO EXPECT DURING DURING A VISIT

Due to the ever-changing Covid 19 safety protocols and our desire to keep you and our team members safe, we will be continuing with our curbside service. You will be more than welcome to come inside with your pet so long as you follow these basic curbside guidelines. Please know we are doing everything we can to ensure prompt service.

Food and medicine should be requested 3 days prior to need and can be paid for upon ordering or at pick-up. Please call us when you arrive and we will deliver it to your car.

Arrival

Pull into a numbered parking spot and please remain in your car.

Check-In

Our lobby is closed – Please call the office to check-in.

Hospital Visit

If you wish to come inside with your pet for their appointment, a team member will bring you and your pet in once the exam room is ready.

Curbside Visit

If you prefer to use our curbside option, then remain in your car and wait for a technician to come out for your pet. Once your pet is examined the doctor will call you to talk about the appointment. Payment will be taken over the phone after the exam is complete and the doctor has spoken to you.

As our community continues to work together to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we’d like to take a moment to provide you with an update on the precautions our hospital is taking to ensure the safety of our patients, clients, and employees.

Hospital Cleaning Protocol & Staff Illness
Our hospital continues to observe the CDC’s recommendations on disease prevention, handwashing, and cleaning protocols, as well as guidance on managing staff members who are displaying flu-like symptoms and/or have tested positive for COVID-19.

Clients Affected by COVID-19
If you or a member of your household have tested positive for COVID-19, are displaying flu-like symptoms, and/or have traveled to a high-risk area within the past 14 days, we ask that you please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment and discuss your pet’s treatment options. Additionally, if your pet is in need of a prescription medication or food refill, please contact us to discuss our current pick-up protocol.
