Appointments & Emergencies
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
Emergencies are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us so we can advise how we can best help your pet. Sometimes we may refer to a 24 hour facility if we feel that is in your pet’s best interest, as we do not have staff after hours for care.
If emergencies occur after hours, please call the Veterinary Specialty Services West at Winghaven at 636-392-2200 or the Animal Emergency Clinic near Fort Zumwalt Park in O’Fallon at 636-240-5496.
