Arrival

When you arrive for your appointment please follow our current Covid 19 protocols for our modified curbside service posted at the top of our home page.

  • Pull into a numbered parking spot.
  • For safety and for ease of finding you please stay in your car and have dogs on a leash and cats in a carrier.

Medical History

After you have checked in and are waiting inside your car, one of our technicians will come out to greet you. At that time, they will determine if you are planning to attend with your patient or use our total curbside option for servicing your pet. For new clients and new patients please bring any medical history that you have for your pet. Don't worry if medical history is unavailable, we will still provide the best care for your pet.

Examination

Once you have been placed in an exam room one of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Once tests have been run, which can usually be done in the practice, your doctor will discuss a possible diagnosis and treatment plan if warranted. If you have chosen to remain curbside then the doctor will call you in your vehicle.

Questions

This is a great time to share your concerns and ask any questions that you have regarding you pet. Our team wants to make sure that you're completely comfortable with the information that we are providing.

Processing

Our veterinary technician will come back in the exam room and wrap things up with you and provide detailed and helpful information and make sure you don't have additional question or need to make follow up appointments. Once this is completed the technician will either process a payment in the room or will take your preferred method of payment to our front desk staff to complete for them. Once your have a receipt in hand you are welcome to exit our practice.
